Jon Belsher, MD
President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Jon Belsher serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of
InHome Medical Affiliates. Before joining IHMA in November of 2017, Dr.
Belsher served as Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of MedSpring
Urgent Care. In this role, he was responsible for clinical services,
business operations and employer health services. He was instrumental
in growing the organization from inception to over 42 centers across five
markets and three states.
Dr. Belsher is trained in both Family and Internal Medicine. He completed
a Critical Care Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and
served as a Staff Intensivist and Assistant Professor for the Scott & White
Healthcare Delivery System in Temple, Texas.
Prior to his fellowship training, Dr. Belsher served as White House Liaison
and Advance Representative for the George H.W. Bush administration.
He also served our country as an Air National Guardsman in the 162nd
Fighter Wing, where he served as Chief of Aerospace Medicine, Chief of
Flight Medicine and Flight Surgeon.

Ryan Foster, MBA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Foster serves as the Chief Financial Officer of InHome Medical
Affiliates. He joined IHMA in August 2009 and has previously served the
roles of Financial & Operations Analyst, Treasurer, and Controller. Prior
to joining UCI, Ryan worked in public accounting for seven years starting
his career at Cantey, Tiller, Pierce, & Green, LLP in Camden, SC and
then at Scott McElveen, LLP (now Scott and Company LLC) in Columbia,
SC. He provided assurance and advisory services to clients in the health
care, manufacturing, insurance, and financial institution industry.
Mr. Foster earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in
from the University of South Carolina where he majored in Accounting
and Masters in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of
Business at the University of South Carolina. He is licensed as a Certified
Public Accountant by the State of South Carolina and holds the
Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a
member of the AICPA, the Healthcare Financial Management Association
(HFMA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public
Accountants (SCACPA). He has served on the SCACPA Members in
Business and Industry Task Force Committee, and on the Board of
Trustees and House Corporation for the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at
the University of South Caorlina. He currently serves on the board of
Welvista, and on the Audit/Finance Committee of the United Way of the
Shane Lacaillade, MBA, MHA, MS-PI
Senior Vice President, Center Operations
Shane Lacaillade is senior vice president of center operations for UCI
Medical Affiliates. Prior to joining UCI Medical, he was director of
operations for Premise Health, based in Memphis, Tenn.
A Vermont native, Lacaillade began his medical career in 1990 by
enlisting in the military. He served in both the U.S. Air Force and Army for
24 years. His roles included director of operations, multi-unit practice
manager, clinical transformation manager and senior medical adviser to
Special Operations. He deployed numerous times to Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait,
Jordan and Lebanon, retiring honorably in 2014.
Lacaillade holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management along with
master’s degrees in Health Administration, Business Administration and
Performance Improvement. He enjoys spending time with his family, going
to sporting events and traveling abroad. He is also an active member with
the Capital Rotary Club.
